We used heritage windows to mimic the original Crittall-style frames, and fully restored the parquet floor to give it a stunning new lease of life. We also opened up the extensive roof space which created a very spacious living area with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, perfect for the whole family to enjoy Cornwall. By introducing modern lighting design and a smattering of luxury finishes to give it that touch of class the owners were looking for.
